Pit Master Paul does it again!This week our pitmaster made a crowd winning dip using our Infidel Pork Rub. This will keep all your fans satisfied.

Ingredients

Infidel Pork Rub
8 ounces of block cream cheese (Room Temperature)
1/3 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 tsp. of onion powder
4 ounces of diced green chilis
1 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack
8-10 slices of bacon diced
Taco chips or thin sliced brioche bread
Directions
Season your bacon with our Infidel Pork Rub and place in the oven at 375 degrees until it becomes crispy
Once your bacon has cooled down, dice it up
Place all the listed ingredients into a large mixing bowl
Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are mixed together
Place the mixture in a oven safe deep dish
Set your smoker to 250-275 degrees
Let the dip smoke for about 20-25 minutes
Increase your smoker temperature to 350 degrees
While your smoker is heating up slice up your bread and toast them lightly in the oven
Once the smoker is up to temp top your dip with your shredded cheese
Once cheese becomes a golden brown color it is done
Serve up with your sliced brioche bread or chips and enjoy!
