This is my favorite go-to rub to get that flavorful & great looking bark. It's a bit finer than most that I've used so it even penetrates the meat deeper. It's not as bold of a flavor as others so you don't need to worry about overseasoning as much. Absolutely my favorite yet & you'll be happy with the results!
