This Coffee Rubbed Steak is the perfect combo of smoky and savory, it will have your taste buds in love! Plus! This rub can use on practically any cut of meat!
Ingredients

½ Cup Willie Pete
-
¼ Cup of Crispy’s Mango Habanero
-
½ Cup Donut Shop Drag Up Coffee Ground
-
Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt
-
Eye of Ribeye Steaks (Any thick steak is good for this recipe)

¼ Stick of Unsalted Butter
-
Parsley Flakes for Garnish
-
Grapeseed or Avocado Oil
Directions
In a mixing bowl, add Willie Pete, Coffee Grounds, and Crispy’s Mango Habanero
Mix thoroughly
Season your Steak with the Coffee Rub on all sides
Vacuum seal the steaks
Place your steaks in your Sou Vide at 128 degrees
Let the steaks sit in the Sou Vide for 2-3 hours
Heat up a skillet on medium heat with your choice of cooking oil
Take your steak out of the vacuumed sealed bag and pat dry on all sides (This part is EXTREMELY important, if you do not pat your steak dry, the crust will not develop)
Sear off both sides of your steak and add your butter
Let steaks rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing
Once you slice the steaks, top them off with Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt
Garnish with chopped parsley
Eat and Enjoy!
