Trim Brisket

Smoke at 225 degrees until internal heat reaches 160 degrees.
Wrap and place back on the grill until internal temperature reached 203 degrees.
Remove the brisket and let it rest.
Cut ends off and add to beans.
Slice the rest of the brisket.
