Ingredients
40 lbs of live crawfish
5 lbs of small red potatoes halved
12 ears of corn, shucked and halved
5 lbs of smoked sausage, sliced (Andouille is my go to)
8 large onions, quartered
8 lemons, halved
1-2 lbs of white mushrooms
8 whole garlic heads
-
4 lbs Grill Your Ass Off's Napalm Crawfish & Seafood Seasoning
Directions
Take table salt and shake over the crawfish and rinse the crawfish in cold water and drain them in a cooler.
Repeat until there is no more brown water.
Insert your boiling basket and fill a large pot with water and add Napalm.
Add potatoes, lemon, onions, garlic, and bring to a boil.
Add the Grill Your Ass Off's Napalm Crawfish & Seafood Seasoning to the boiling water and stir well.
Once the water is at a rolling boil add the crawfish to the pot. Stir the crawfish gently to make sure they are coated in the seasoning and vegetables.
Let the crawfish boil for 7-10 minutes.
Turn off the burner and add the mushrooms, sausage, and corn.
Cover the pot and let the crawfish steep for 20-30 minutes to soak up the seasoning and spices.
Drain the crawfish, potatoes, corn, and sausage from the pot and serve on a large platter.
Season the crawfish lightly with Claymore Cajun seasoning for increased heat and flavor!
Enjoy your delicious crawfish boil with friends and family!
