Loaded Hasselback Potatoes

Loaded Hasselback potatoes Grill Your Ass Off style. Baked potato thin sliced almost all the way through, melt butter and add Willie Pete Chicken seasoning, brush in between each layer. Grill at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove and stuff provolone cheese and pepperoni slices alternating between slices in the potato. Brush with remaining butter and Willie Pete mixture. Toss back on grill until potato is soft all the way through. Pull out, apply your desired amount of our new Ranch Dip on top and enjoy! 🥔
