WILLIE PETE’S SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

This dip will have your guests begging for more!
 
                      Ingredients
- 
8 ounces of cream cheese 
- 
1 cup of sour cream 
- 
1 & 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (save 1/2 cup of the cheese for the end) 
- 
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 
- 
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 
- 
1/4 teaspoon of salt 
- 
1/2 teaspoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning 
- 
A pinch of Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt 
- 
2 teaspoons of minced garlic 
- 
3/4 cup of artichoke hearts (finely chopped) 
- 
8 ounces of spinach leaves 
- 
Optional - add diced chicken 
Directions
- Take out your cream cheese and let it come up to room temperature   
- Steam or cook down your spinach until it’s wilted 
- Then squeeze out all the water of the cooked spinach (This is the most important part of the process) 
- Finely cut the cooked spinach 
- Place all the listed ingredients in a large bowl   
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly 
- Once mixed place in a cooking dish or pan   
- You can either cook immediately or place the dish in the refrigerator overnight ( I let mine sit for 2-3 hours) 
- Set your oven to 375 degrees 
- Before you put the dish in the oven use the remainder of the mozzarella cheese and cover the top of the dip   
- After the 15-16 minutes set your oven to HI broil to brown the cheese (it should take about 3 minutes) 
- Once the cheese is browned let it sit for a minute or two 
- Serve with chips or crackers and enjoy!
