WILLIE PETE’S SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

This dip will have your guests begging for more!
Ingredients
8 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 & 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese (save 1/2 cup of the cheese for the end)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning

A pinch of Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt
2 teaspoons of minced garlic
3/4 cup of artichoke hearts (finely chopped)
8 ounces of spinach leaves
Optional - add diced chicken
Directions
Take out your cream cheese and let it come up to room temperature
Steam or cook down your spinach until it’s wilted
Then squeeze out all the water of the cooked spinach (This is the most important part of the process)
Finely cut the cooked spinach
Place all the listed ingredients in a large bowl
Mix the ingredients thoroughly
Once mixed place in a cooking dish or pan
You can either cook immediately or place the dish in the refrigerator overnight ( I let mine sit for 2-3 hours)
Set your oven to 375 degrees
Before you put the dish in the oven use the remainder of the mozzarella cheese and cover the top of the dip
After the 15-16 minutes set your oven to HI broil to brown the cheese (it should take about 3 minutes)
Once the cheese is browned let it sit for a minute or two
Serve with chips or crackers and enjoy!
