Was surprised 😮 how good the spices really are. They come prepackaged for one Small application each with directions on which spice mix to use for what kind of meat. I suggest you start with the Sample Pack. My favorite was the Gunpowder and the Infidel.

Great spices
Love the sampler pack which allows me to taste the different flavors to see if I like it. Still need to try them all but the few I’ve used were amazing!!! Plan on ordering more spices. Highly recommend anyone with a smoker to try these spices.

Great stuff
So far I have only used the poultry seasoning. The stuff was fantastic! If the rest of the seasoning are anywhere close to this good, then this may be the only seasonings that I use from now on. Great job!

Sample Package
I loved the sampler which gives me a chance to try the variety of rubs before future purchases.
So far I used the pepper one on a smoked brisket and the Infedel pork rub on a rack of ribs. Both are delicious.

Good Deal
Only tried the Infidel Pork Rub and some gunpowder seasoning so far on a pork butt and it was delicious. A sample pack is a good idea since your regular priced products aren't cheap, but it could be made better if you included a recipe to use each sample since you know what recipes show off your product best. The sample pack would be used up faster and real orders for favorites could be placed. Just a thought.
