    Wholesale Terms & Conditions (B2B)

    These terms apply to all wholesale, distributor, bulk, EDI, and marketplace (B2B) orders placed with GYAO INC dba Grill Your Ass Off. Retail terms do not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

    Minimum Order Value

    All wholesale orders are subject to a $200 minimum order value (USD).

    New customers are required to pay via credit card or check. After the first order, customers may apply for Net 30 payment terms, subject to approval.

    Account Registration & Ordering

    A registered wholesale account is required to access wholesale pricing.

    To apply:

    All applications are subject to review and approval. Approval may take 24–48 hours.

    Once approved, orders can be placed directly through the website at wholesale pricing.

    Pricing & Terms

    • All prices are listed in USD
    • Prices are subject to change without notice
    • Wholesale pricing includes built-in freight for qualifying orders (see Shipping Policy)
    • Additional handling fees may apply depending on product type or fulfillment requirements and will be disclosed prior to processing

    MAP & MSRP Policy

    All products must be sold in accordance with Grill Your Ass Off’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) and Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

    • Products may not be advertised below MAP
    • Discounting may not exceed 15% below MSRP without prior written approval

    Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.

    Payment Methods

    We accept:

    • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
    • Business Checks

    Returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur applicable bank fees and associated costs.

    Net 30 Terms

    Net 30 terms are available upon approval after the first order.

    Requirements:

    • Completed credit application
    • Minimum of three (3) credit references

    Grill Your Ass Off reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke terms at any time.

    Shipping & Delivery

    Wholesale shipping terms are governed by our Wholesale Shipping & Delivery Policy.

    Key points include:

    • Free shipping within the continental United States on qualifying orders
    • $200 minimum order requirement
    • Shipment to commercial/business addresses only
    • No PO Box or residential deliveries
    • Customer is responsible for any accessorial freight charges (liftgate, appointments, redelivery, etc.)
    • Additional handling fees may apply

    Processing & Lead Times

    • Standard processing time: 2–7 business days
    • Larger or palletized orders may require additional time
    • Processing times may vary based on inventory availability and order volume

    Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed.

    Returns (Wholesale)

    All wholesale sales are final unless approved in writing.

    If a return is approved:

    • Return Authorization (RA) is required
    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping
    • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

    The following items are non-returnable:

    • Opened or used products
    • Promotional or discounted items
    • Custom or made-to-order products

    Damages & Defects

    All shipments must be inspected upon delivery.

    To file a claim:

    • Retain all packaging
    • Take photos of:
      • Exterior packaging
      • Damaged product(s)
      • Packing slip
    • Email documentation to info@grillyourassoff.com

    Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

    Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of claim.

    Backorders

    Out-of-stock items may be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested.

    Customers will be notified of backorders.
    Backorders may ship separately and are not guaranteed to follow original freight terms.

    International Orders

    We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for:

    • Duties
    • Taxes
    • Import fees
    • Customs clearance

    Shelf Life

    Products are shipped with the maximum available shelf life at the time of fulfillment.

    Products past their Best By date are not eligible for return or refund.

    Limitation of Liability

    Grill Your Ass Off’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

    Agreement

    By placing a wholesale order, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
