Wholesale Terms and Conditions

    Minimum Order Value

    For first-time and returning customers of Grill Your Ass Off the minimum order value is $150(USD). New customers will be required to pay via credit card or check. Once customers have placed their first order the option to request Net 30 payment terms can be done by completing a commercial credit account application form and after being approved by Grill Your Ass Off.

    1. How to place an order
    • You must have a registered wholesale account to view wholesale pricing on the site. If you have not yet registered an account please go to the website, www.grillyourassoff.com, click on "wholesale" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information. 
    • Submitted information will then be reviewed by Grill Your Ass Off before approval. New account reviews may take up to 24-48 hours.
    • Once approved you can place your order directly off our website at wholesale pricing.
    1. MAP & MSRP
    Products or goods purchased from Grill Your Ass Off shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) and no lower than Grill Your Ass Off’s minimum advertising price (MAP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. 
    1. Wholesale Pricing

    All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive MSRP & MAP prices, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping is a 15% cap for all domestic customers. 

    1. Returns

    Items eligible for return or refund must be within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, in original condition, in the original packaging, and unused. 

    Items not eligible for return or refund include free gifts or promotional items, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or open or used items.

    To ensure a prompt refund, returns must have a tracking number and RMA to track the package. To ensure a timely refund please also include a note stating the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2-10 business days.

    1. Payments

    GYAO INC, dba Grill Your Ass Off, accepts credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and payment by check.

    All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee but are subject to change without notice. 

    1. Net 30 Terms

    You may also apply for credit terms with us after your first order by filling out a commercial credit account application form with at least three credit references. You may also get a credit application by request via our Contact Us page or by emailing info@grillyourassoff.com after your first order. 

    Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no criminal intent and in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer reimbursement for bank fees and other incurred costs.

    1. Shipping

    Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders shipping will be charged at a capped rate of 15% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $15.00 will apply if the order doesn’t meet the minimum order price ($150usd).

    1. Damages and Defects

    Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival, if the items are damaged or defective, please do the following:

    • Keep the package (If disposed of we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement.) 
    • Take photos of the outside of the package, damaged/defective products, and the packing slip. 
    • Please contact GYAO INC dba Grill Your Ass Off at info@grillyourassoff.com with photos and a list of damaged/defective items. 
    • Damaged/defective merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Damaged/defective merchandise will not be replaced if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
    1. Delivery Window 

    Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time the order was placed for the completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact info@grillyourassoff.com for information about availability.

    1. Backorders

    Out-of-stock goods will be back-ordered and you will be contacted if they are on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order they will be added to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any backorder or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Backorders if shipped separately from the original order will have no shipping charges added.

    1. Expired Products

    Products that you receive will have the highest optimal shelf life as possible. Any products that are past the Best Buy or Exp Date are not eligible for a refund or return.
