Used this on a few cuts of chicken using different binders... old bay hot sauce, mustard, Sriracha, mayo... amazing regardless of the base. Definitely using this on my next set of smoked turkey legs!

Crispy's Mango Habanero seasoning
Great flavors and just the right amount of heat. This is my go to seasoning for a lot of things but particularly my fried eggs.

My new favorite
I have been a salt & pepper guy for quite sometime when it comes to smoking briskets. Man I tried the Platoon Sergeant a few smokes ago, and I am not going back. This my new go to for my briskets. My friends raved about the change. They said I’m now making some of the best briskets ever. They looked and tasted great. If anyone asks me, I will recommend the Platoon Sergeant when smoking a brisket everytime!
