Ingredients
- Chili oil
- 1 pound of peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
- 1 pound of bacon
- M26 Lemon Pepper

Infidel Pork Rub
Directions
Clean all your shrimp and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle chili oil over the shrimp and mix till they are evenly coated
- Season the shrimp with M26 Lemon Pepper
- Mix all the seasoned shrimp till all the sides are even coated
- Cut the bacon slices in half
- Wrap each shrimp with bacon
- Skewer the shrimp down the middle so they all sit evenly on the skewer
- Season the bacon-wrapped shrimp with Infidel Pork Rub
- Set your smoker to 325 degrees
- Cook these for 20 minutes then flip and crank the heat to 350 degrees
- Once your shrimp hit 145 degrees and the bacon is cooked through they are done
- Plate up and enjoy!
