BBQ cheese-stuffed meatballs are a delicious and savory treat that combines the smoky flavors of barbecue sauce with the rich and gooey goodness of melted cheese. These mouthwatering meatballs are perfect for grilling or baking, and they make a fantastic appetizer, snack, or main course.
Directions
In a bowl, combine the following: beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs.
- Place the bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes to help thicken the mixture and to help when forming up the meatballs.
Grab 5 sticks of mozzarella cheese and cut each one of them up into small chunks.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of beef, form up a ball, then press your thumb into the middle and place a chunk of string cheese.
Roll thoroughly in your hands to close the meatball.
Place all of your stuffed meatballs on a chicken rack.
Season all of your meatballs with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
- Place them on your smoker at 250F for 30 minutes.
Brush on Hellfire Honey Habanero BBQ Sauce for the last 10 minutes to allow it to tack up.
- Plate up and enjoy!
