- Cheese sticks, cut into cubes
- Ground hamburger
- Bacon slices
Directions
Preheat your smoker to a temperature range of 250°F to 275°F (121°C to 135°C).
- Take a cube of cheese and wrap it with a small meatball made from the ground hamburger. Ensure the cheese is securely tucked inside the meatball.
- Wrap each cheese-stuffed meatball with a slice of bacon, making sure to cover it entirely.
Place a slice of jalapeño on top of each bacon-wrapped meatball.
Generously dust all sides of the Moink Balls with Infidel Pork Rub.
- Carefully place the Moink Balls on the smoker grates.
Smoke the Moink Balls for approximately 1 hour, maintaining the smoker temperature between 250°F to 275°F.
Keep an eye on the bacon until it reaches your desired level of crispiness.
- Once the bacon is to your liking, remove the Moink Balls from the smoker.
Drizzle a generous amount of Sailor Jerry® Ironsides BBQ Sauce over the Moink Balls.
- Let the Moink Balls rest in the smoker for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the sauce to set.
- To keep them warm, place the Moink Balls in a cake pan and cover it with foil until you're ready to indulge.
