Bruschetta Flank Steak

Great way to bring out extra flavor!
Ingredients

3-4 Tomatoes

2-3 Garlic Cloves

2 Large Basil leaves

1 Shallot

Flank steak
-
Directions
Cube up all tomatoes
Mince your garlic cloves
Finely chop up your shallot
Finely chop up the basil leaves
Add all the tomatoes, garlic, shallot and basil leaves to a small bowl
Once in the bowl sprinkle Platoon Sergeant Seasoning over the tomato mixture
Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator
Season your flank steak with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning on both sides
Season your flank steak with Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning on both sides
Let the steak sit for 10-15 minutes while you heat up your grill
When your grill is hot throw the steak on
Cook both sides evenly until you reach desired internal temperature
Once the steak is done let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting
Cut your flank steak against the grain into slices
Top the Flank steak slices with the bruschetta mixture and enjoy!
