Carne Asada

Carne Asada

Check out the recipe below ūüĎá

What you need -
1 - Bunch Cilantro
Beef ( Cut of choice)
2-3 Tablespoons Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
¬Ĺ Cup of Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Whole Lime Juice
2 Cloves of Garlic

The Marinade -

Chop Cilantro into fine pieces then mix all ingredients (not beef) into a large bowl for mixing.

Love Making Time -

Place your beef into a ziplock bag with your marinade mix making sure it is evenly spread and let rest overnight in the fridge.

Grilling Time -

Have your grill on high and grill your freshly marinated meat to your desired doneness. Once finished cooking let your meat rest, cut and add your favorite toppings! For ours, we added Colby Jack Cheese, Pico De Gallo, and Guacamole with our rach dip added for an amazing flavor! Now stop reading this and go fire up the GRILL!

  • This was amazing. The flavor in the carne Asada was perfect. If you want to try something a little different with this. A little more Americanized. Use a flank steak and cook how directed. Add to a tortilla the carne Asada, ranch dip instead of sour cream, French fries and mexican cheese. It‚Äôs different but it‚Äôs good. Whole family loved it. Thanks for the recipe GYAO!
