Ingredients

1 - Bunch Cilantro

Beef ( Cut of choice)

2-3 Tablespoons Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
-
½ Cup of Olive Oil or Duck Fat
-
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
-
1 Whole Lime Juice
-
2 Cloves of Garlic
Directions
Chop Cilantro into fine pieces then mix all ingredients (not beef) into a large bowl for mixing.
Place your beef into a ziplock bag with your marinade mix making sure it is evenly spread and let rest overnight in the fridge.
Grilling Time -
Have your grill on high and grill your freshly marinated meat to your desired doneness. Once finished cooking let your meat rest, cut and add your favorite toppings! For ours, we added Colby Jack Cheese, Pico De Gallo, and Guacamole with our rach dip added for an amazing flavor! Now stop reading this and go fire up the GRILL!

This was amazing. The flavor in the carne Asada was perfect. If you want to try something a little different with this. A little more Americanized. Use a flank steak and cook how directed. Add to a tortilla the carne Asada, ranch dip instead of sour cream, French fries and mexican cheese. It’s different but it’s good. Whole family loved it. Thanks for the recipe GYAO!
