This Cowboy Caviar is a must try at your next party! This Dip is super simple you can make it hours before or even the night before! You get a burst of flavor when you dip a chip into this full of Herbs, corn and much more! The lime juice blends everything together thats why i would recommend letting sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. If you want to spice it up a little bit add 1 jalapeno or some of our Crispy's Mango Habanero!
Juice from 1-2 fresh limes
1 15oz. can black beans
1 bell pepper (any color)
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
3 chopped green onions
1-2 Teaspoons of our Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt
1 can (14-15 ounces) of Roma Tomatoes
1 can of Corn
Get A large serving bowl
Add your Can of corn to the bowl
Add your tomatoes to the bowl
Add your Beans to the bowl
Finley Chop your Cilantro, Bell Pepper and Green Onions and add to the bowl
Give the Mixture a quick Stir
Once the Ingredients are all mixed top it with your lime juice
Add your Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt
Stir thoroughly then cover with plastic wrap and place in the Refrigerator for 1-3 hours (I Recommend 6-8 hours)
Grab your chips and dive in!
If you wanna spice this up add 1 jalapeno! I would also recommend adding Some Red onions as a substitute to the green onions. You can also use our other salts as well not just the Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt.
