Ingredients

1 cup avocado oil
- ½ cup crushed red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt

5 oz sour cream or greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup honey

2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat the avocado oil to 250°F. This will infuse the flavors and bring out the best of the chili oil.
In a heatproof bowl, combine the crushed red chili flakes, sesame seeds, minced garlic, and salt. Carefully pour the hot oil over the mixture. Stir well to blend the flavors.
- Let the chili oil cool for 5-10 minutes to ensure it doesn’t curdle the sour cream when mixed.
Once cooled, whisk in the sour cream, Ranch Seasoning, and honey until fully combined and smooth. Make sure the oil emulsifies into the ranch for a creamy texture.
