Ingredients

2 racks of St. Louis Style Ribs
(Baby Back ribs will work for this as well)

Platoon Sergeant Seasoning

Water for spritzing

Directions
Remove the membrane from both racks of ribs.
Season on both sides with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning.
Let the ribs sweat out for 15-20 minutes.
Set your smoker 250 degrees.
Place both racks of ribs on your smoker.
Spritz your ribs with water every 30-40 minutes
Once your ribs become probe tender they are done.
(The internal temp should be around 185-190)
- Slice your ribs down the bone and enjoy!
