This Recipe Is a 5 day Meal prep.
Shredded Red Cabbage
Olive oil or Duck Fat
Season chicken with Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
Cook chicken in a pan with a little avocado oil (Grilling the chicken is also a great idea)
Place the chicken on a plate to cool off
Now you prep your salad bowls
Chop up all the romaine lettuce
Spread out your ingredients in 5 bowls for 5 separate meals (I use 5 ounces of chicken per bowl)
Chop chicken down to bite sized pieces and place into salad.
