
Pop Smoke Meal Prep
(5 day lunch meal prep)

Cook time - 10-15 minutes
Total time -25-35 minutes
Ingredients
- Chicken cutlets
- Butter lettuce
- Romaine lettuce
- Chic peas
- Black olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shredded Red Cabbage
- Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
- Avocado oil
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Oregano
Directions
- Season chicken with Pop Smoke Taco & Fajita Seasoning
- Cook chicken in a pan with a little avocado oil (Grilling the chicken is also a great idea)

Place the chicken on a plate to cool off
- Now you prep your salad bowls
- Chop up all the romaine lettuce
- Spread out your ingredients in 5 bowls for 5 separate meals (I use 5 ounces of chicken per bowl)
- Chop chicken down to bite sized pieces and place into salad.
Directions for the dressing
(This is the dressing I use. You can use your own)
- 1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
