Coat your salmon fillet with lemon juice

Place lemon slices along the whole salmon fillet
Set Your smoked between 300-350
Once your salmon reaches 143-145 degrees internal temperature it is done
Garnish your salmon with sliced green onions and let it rest for 5 minutes
Slice up and Enjoy!
