Whether you’re planning food for a party, BBQ, or a simple weeknight dinner, this pulled pork recipe is a guaranteed crowd pleaser. Serve it with BBQ sauce and your favorites side dishes, or serve it in sandwiches, tacos, nachos and more.

Ingredients
Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt

Binder ( We used Duck Fat)

Infidel Pork Rub
Directions
Spray the pork with Duck Fat or with your favorite binder
Generously season the pork shoulder with Infidel Pork Rub
Score the fat side of the Pork Shoulder and continue to season the rest of the meat.
Toss on the smoker. Cook at 250 degrees.
Grab some foil, add in some butter and honey.
When internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, wrap the meat in foil. Make sure to double wrap it.
Cook until internal temp reaches 200 degrees.
Unwrap your meat, remove the shoulder blade bone.
Pull apart the pork and enjoy!
