This is the ultimate dessert creation from Pitmaster Chris H, who's taken classic sopapilla cheesecake and made it even better! This mouthwatering treat combines the rich creaminess of cheesecake with the warm, sweet flavors of sopapillas, all enhanced with a delightful pumpkin twist with Basic B.
Perfect for those who adore sopapilla cheesecake and want an extra layer of deliciousness!
Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packs of Crescent Rolls

2 (8 oz) packs of Cream Cheese (room temperature)

1 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 cup Melted Butter
-
1 tablespoon Basic B Pumpkin Pie Spice

4 tablespoon Sugar
-
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x19 baking dish with Cooking Spray
Press 1 can of crescent rolls to bottom of dish. Make sure to reach edges and keep together.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Note: You can add 1 tsp Basic B Pumpkin Pie Spice into cream cheese mixture for added flavor.
Spread mixture evenly over crescent rolls.
Roll the remaining 1 pack of crescent rolls over the top and stretch to edges.
Brush across the entire top of crescent roll with melted butter.
Mix cinnamon, Basic B Pumpkin Pie Spice and sugar. Sprinkle on top.
Bake for ~30 min or until golden brown.
