- 1-2 Tomahawk Ribeyes

Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt

Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
Directions
Season your tomahawk on both sides with Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt
- Place the tomahawk on a chicken rack and place in the refrigerator uncovered for 3 hours
- After three hours season the tomahawk on both sides with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
- Set your smoker to 250 degrees
- Smoke the tomahawk till the internal temperature reaches 110 degrees
- Sear off the tomahawk on all sides to get a nice crust
- Once you reach 135 degrees remove it and let it cool for 20 minutes
- Slice off the bone and enjoy!
