This Cheesy Tater Tot Bacon Ranch is the perfect game-day party snack! This delicious recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor that will have your fumbling your other snacks for more. But in all reality, we put all of my fat kid dreams in one dish (minus pizza) and hit a touchdown!
Ingredients

1 Spicy Ranch Dip Pack
-
2 Tbsp Infidel Pork Rub
-
1 Bag Frozen Store Bought Tater Tots
-
6 Strips of thick cut bacon (cut in to small pieces)

1 Block of Cheddar Cheese
-
4 Tbsp of butter
-
2 Tbsp of flour
-
1 Cup of whole milk
-
16 Oz of sour cream
Directions
Cook Tater Tots to directions on the packaging
While your tots are cooking, slice your bacon into small pieces
Season with Infidel Pork Rub and add to a pan on medium high heat until crisp
Drain fat from the bacon and set aside
Shredded cheddar cheese. For this you can buy pre-shredded or shredded your own like I did.
Using the same pan you cooked your bacon in, add your butter and flour on medium heat to make a roux
Add your cold milk and reduce down
Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and incorporated together
In a bowl, take your sour cream and add your Spicy Ranch and mix
In your serving plate, add your tots, cheese, spicy ranch, and top with bacon!
