Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (regular or honey)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp milk
- 8 oz sweet cream corn
- 1 lb ground venison or ground beef

2–3 tbsp Cannibal All Purpose Spice (to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) can ranch-style beans
- 1 (10 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained

1 cup Recon Red Salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional toppings: sour cream, extra cheese, jalapeños
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, milk, and sweet cream corn until smooth. Set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground venison or beef until fully cooked.
- Add Cannibal All Purpose Spice and minced garlic; stir to combine.
- Mix in ranch-style beans, drained corn, and Recon Red Salsa. Heat through.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Carefully spread the cornbread mixture over the cheese layer.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden and set.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Top with sour cream, extra cheese, or jalapeños if desired.
