Can Never go wrong with a classic pasta dish!
Ingredients

8 ounces of cream cheese (room temperature)
-
1 cup of heavy cream (half & half would also work)
-
1 stick of butter
-
3 cloves of garlic
-
2 tbsp of Grated Parmesan cheese
-
0.25 ounces of parsley
-
2 pounds of Tortellinis pasta

Directions
Mince three cloves of garlic
Set your stove top to low heat
Place half a stick of butter in a saucepan
Once the butter is melted add your minced garlic
When the garlic starts to get golden brown add the other half stick of butter
After all the butter is melted add your cream cheese
After 1-2 minutes stir the cream cheese, butter and garlic together
Once everything is mixed together In the saucepan add your heavy cream
As you pour the heavy cream stir everything together
Add your grated parmesan cheese
Add Standard Issue Salt and Pepper Seasoning to taste
Fill another pot up with water and sprinkle Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt
Once the pot of water is boiling add your tortellini pasta into the water
After a few minutes test your pasta to see if it’s done to your preference
After the pasta is done strain all the water out of the pot
Pour your sauce over the tortellini
Stir thoroughly until all the pasta is coated with the sauce
Chop your parsley very fine
Plate the pasta and sprinkle the parsley over the top and enjoy!
