Love the ease of using this brine. 5 gallon bucket in a cooler of ice, done. The bag that is included was a nice touch. Used this with some oranges and lines added to brine my Thanksgiving day turkey. The bird cane out tasting pretty damn good. I already have a new order of brine for my next fowl cook.
