Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, premium seasoning company. We pride ourselves on delivering the freshest products possible to your doorstep. Once we receive your order we process your order and ship as quick as we can. Once we have shipped the order any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
 
Shipping 
Free Shipping on orders over $100 is only valid in the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Non-Wholesale orders. Free shipping is limited to only Standard Shipping. For international shipping please email info@grillyourassoff.com.

  

Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

Transit Times:

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. Order possessing can take 1-3  business days. 


DOMESTIC:

  • 1-5 Business Days 

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):

  • 4-15 Business Days 

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout. 

APO/FPO

Grill Your Ass Off offers APO/FPO shipping USPS below is an example on how to enter the address. 

    Returns: 
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    You will be provided a shipping label but you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Damaged Items
    We strive to provide the best service possible but, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. If you have a damaged order or item you receive, you need to do the following. Keep the package (If disposed of we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement.) Take photos of the outside of the package, broken products, and the packing slip. Email them with your order number to info@grillyourassoff.com and on of our team members will respond in 24-48 business hours to meet a resolution.

    At Grill Your Ass Off, we prioritize the safety and security of our customers' orders. We understand the importance of protecting your purchases from potential damage, loss, or theft during the shipping process. That's why we've introduced our comprehensive accident prevention program, "ASSurance," to provide you with peace of mind and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

    1. Coverage Provided by ASSurance "ASSurance" offers coverage against accidental damage, loss, and theft for all eligible orders. This protection is designed to safeguard your purchases and ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition.
    2. Eligibility for ASSurance Coverage All eligible orders are automatically enrolled in the "ASSurance" program. Eligibility is determined based the purchase of "ASSurance". Most orders, except for exclusions mentioned below, are eligible for "ASSurance" coverage.
    3. Exclusions from ASSurance Coverage The following situations are not covered under the "ASSurance" program:
    • Damage, loss, or theft caused by customer negligence or misconduct.
    • Damage caused during unpackaging, assembly, or installation of the product.
    • Damage, loss, or theft resulting from acts of nature, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
    • Loss or damage due to a delay in delivery.
    • Claim filled 7 days after the scheduled delivery date
    • Wrong shipping address provided.
    1. Filing a Claim under ASSurance If you believe your order has been subject to accidental damage, loss, or theft, you can file a claim by reaching out to our customer support within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide all necessary information and documentation, such as images and descriptions of the issue, to expedite the claims process.
    2. Claims Processing and Resolution Our dedicated claims team will carefully review your submission and determine the appropriate course of action based on the provided information. We aim to resolve all claims promptly and will keep you informed throughout the process. If the customer is filing an order issue the same day that the package was marked as delivered, at our discretion Grill Your Ass Off may ask you to wait 5 days. Carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) sometimes prematurely mark the package as delivered when it’s still in transit.
    • If eligible, we may issue one of the following; replacement, store credit, or refund for the value of the damaged, lost, or stolen item.
