How long does shipping take?
*Due to COVID-19 and the high volume of orders, we're experiencing some delays getting products quickly on their way. We are currently having a 3-5 business day delay on apparel and gear that are made to order. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. We are focused on providing the highest quality products we can produce, ensuring the safety to our employees, and customers.*
Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
