      How long does shipping take? 


      *Due to COVID-19 and the high volume of orders this month, we're experiencing some issues getting products quickly on their way. We are currently having a 5-7 business day delay on orders. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. We are focused on providing the highest quality products we can produce.*


      Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business day after you order.

      Damaged Items
      Upon arrival if the items are damaged you need to do the following. 
      1. Keep the package (If disposed of we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement.) If carrier is UPS they will need to inspect the package to validate claim, again hold the damaged package until inspection. 
      2. Take photos of the outside of the package, broken products, and the packing slip. 
      3. Email the photos along with you order number and we will be in contact within 24 hours.

      Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

        You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
