Shipping, Returns & Insurance Policy
Hours of Operation
Our shipping and customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Order Processing & Fulfillment — Retail / DTC
Grill Your Ass Off is a small-batch, premium seasoning company focused on delivering high-quality, fresh products.
Most retail orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. During periods of increased order volume, including but not limited to product launches, promotions, and holidays, processing times may extend an additional 2–4 business days.
Laser-engraved items are made to order and may require up to three (3) additional business days for production prior to shipment.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Transit Times — Retail / DTC
All transit times are estimates only and may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather, customs processing, volume surges, and other factors outside of our control.
Domestic — United States
USPS Ground Advantage: 1–5 business days, including Alaska and Hawaii, and includes up to $100 carrier-provided insurance.
UPS Ground: 1–5 business days.
FedEx 2Day®: Estimated 2 business days.
Important FedEx 2Day® Notice
FedEx 2Day® is an express shipping option intended to expedite delivery; however, FedEx does not guarantee delivery within two (2) business days. Selection of FedEx 2Day® applies to transit time only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delays caused by carrier volume, weather, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or credits of shipping charges.
International
USPS First Class / Priority Mail: 4–15 business days.
International transit estimates do not include customs processing, border inspection delays, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by foreign governments or carriers.
Once an order has shipped, all delivery inquiries must be directed to the carrier. Grill Your Ass Off has access only to the same tracking information provided through the tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping — Retail
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination, including domestic or international delivery
Package weight and dimensions
Selected shipping method
Free shipping on orders over $100 applies only to:
U.S. domestic orders
Standard shipping methods
Non-wholesale orders
Orders shipping within the continental United States
Free shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise stated.
Grill Your Ass Off is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by foreign governments or carriers.
APO / FPO Addresses
APO/FPO shipping is available via USPS. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete address information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional charges, or non-delivery.
Returns & Exchanges — Retail
Our retail return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
Customers must contact info@grillyourassoff.com to obtain return authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any approved refund will be reduced by the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed once eligible items have been received and verified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items — Retail
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must:
Retain all original packaging.
Take clear photographs of the exterior shipping box, including the shipping label with tracking number.
Take clear photographs of the damaged product or products.
Take clear photographs of the packing slip.
Email documentation and the order number to info@grillyourassoff.com.
Claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of replacement or reimbursement.
Shipping Insurance — Retail Only
Shipping Insurance is optional and must be affirmatively purchased at checkout. Coverage applies only to the specific order for which Shipping Insurance was purchased.
Scope of Coverage
When purchased, Shipping Insurance may provide limited coverage for qualifying events occurring during transit only, including:
Loss of the shipment
Damage sustained while in the carrier’s custody
Theft occurring during transit or after delivery with sufficient supporting documentation
Coverage is limited to the actual value of the affected item or items and does not include shipping fees, taxes, or incidental costs unless required by law. Coverage terminates upon confirmed delivery.
Exclusions
Shipping Insurance does not cover:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Damage occurring after delivery, including during unpacking, storage, or use
Customer negligence, misuse, or intentional acts
Acts of nature or force majeure events
Carrier delays or missed delivery windows
Claims submitted more than seven (7) days after delivery
Packages marked as “delivered” without sufficient evidence of loss or theft
Delivered but Not Received — DBNR
If a shipment is marked “Delivered” but not received, Grill Your Ass Off may require:
A waiting period of up to five (5) business days
Carrier delivery verification or GPS confirmation
Customer attestation of non-receipt
Approval of DBNR claims is not automatic and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Claims Review & Resolution
All claims are subject to review and verification. Grill Your Ass Off reserves the right to approve or deny any claim at its sole discretion.
Approved claims may be resolved through:
Replacement of the affected item or items
Store credit
Refund of the insured item value
Replacement of limited-edition or discontinued items is not guaranteed.
Wholesale Orders — B2B
This section applies exclusively to wholesale, distributor, bulk, EDI, marketplace, and other business-to-business orders. Retail policies do not apply to wholesale transactions unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Order Processing — Wholesale
Wholesale orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, excluding U.S. holidays.
Standard wholesale processing time is 2–7 business days, subject to inventory availability, palletization requirements, freight scheduling, and compliance documentation. Estimated ship dates are non-binding.
Wholesale Shipping & Delivery Policy — B2B
This section applies to all wholesale orders. Retail shipping policies do not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing.
Minimum Order Requirement
All wholesale orders are subject to a $200 minimum order value.
Shipping Terms
Qualifying wholesale orders receive free shipping within the continental United States. This applies only to standard shipping methods and does not include expedited freight unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Delivery Address Requirements
All wholesale shipments must be delivered to a valid commercial or business address.
We do not ship wholesale orders to:
PO Boxes
Residential addresses
Orders submitted with invalid delivery information may be delayed, subject to additional fees, or canceled.
Handling Fees
Certain products may be subject to a handling fee due to packaging requirements, special processing, or freight considerations. Any applicable handling charges will be disclosed on the invoice prior to order fulfillment.
Freight & Additional Charges
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Free shipping applies only to standard delivery conditions.
Any accessorial charges, including but not limited to liftgate service, appointment delivery, limited access locations, detention, or redelivery, are the responsibility of the customer.
Charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be billed back to the customer.
Customer-Arranged Shipping / Third-Party Shipping Accounts
If a wholesale customer requests that an order be shipped using the customer’s own UPS, FedEx, freight, trade, or other third-party carrier account, the shipment is considered customer-arranged shipping.
For any customer-arranged shipment:
The customer assumes all risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, non-delivery, or carrier error once the order is released to the selected carrier.
Grill Your Ass Off is not responsible for filing, managing, or following up on carrier claims.
Grill Your Ass Off is not responsible for issuing refunds, credits, or no-charge replacements for products lost, damaged, delayed, or otherwise affected while in transit on the customer’s shipping account.
The customer is solely responsible for filing any claim directly with their carrier and completing the carrier’s claim process.
Any reimbursement, credit, or claim payment must be handled between the customer and their carrier.
If replacement products are requested before or after a carrier claim is resolved, the replacement order will be treated as a new billable order. The customer will be charged for the replacement products, and shipping will be billed to the customer’s designated UPS, FedEx, freight, trade, or other third-party carrier account, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Grill Your Ass Off may provide reasonable supporting documentation, such as invoices, packing slips, tracking information, or product photos when available, but responsibility for the claim remains solely with the customer.
Processing & Fulfillment
Wholesale orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Processing times may vary based on order size, inventory availability, and freight scheduling.
Inspection, Damage & Shortage Claims — Wholesale
All wholesale shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Customers must:
Note all visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt or BOL before signing.
Retain all original packaging and pallets.
Take clear photographs of the exterior shipping box, including the shipping label with tracking number.
Take clear photographs of the damaged product or products.
Take clear photographs of the packing slip.
Email documentation and the order number to info@grillyourassoff.com.
Claims must be submitted within seven (7) business days of delivery with complete documentation. Failure to comply may result in claim denial.
Returns — Wholesale
All wholesale sales are final unless approved in writing.
If approved:
Return Authorization is required.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Customer is responsible for all return freight.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Custom, clearance, promotional, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
Chargebacks & Deductions — Wholesale
Unauthorized chargebacks, deductions, or short-payments are not permitted.
Grill Your Ass Off reserves the right to dispute deductions, offset future credits, or suspend wholesale purchasing privileges for repeated violations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grill Your Ass Off’s total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.
Grill Your Ass Off shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Holiday Shipping Cutoffs — Christmas 2026 — Retail / DTC Only
To improve the likelihood of delivery by December 25, 2026, we follow recommended internal ship-by dates based on carrier transit estimates and holiday operating schedules. These dates are estimates only and are not a guarantee of delivery by Christmas due to carrier volume, weather, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other factors outside of our control.
Important: Our standard processing time of 1–2 business days, longer during peak periods, is separate from carrier transit time. We strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

UPS Ground: Varies by origin and destination. Customers should order as early as possible, as UPS Ground delivery times are not the same for every ZIP code.

UPS Next Day Air®: December 23, 2026
Important UPS Notice: UPS has announced that on December 24, 2026, UPS pickup for Air and international Air services is available only if prearranged by December 18, 2026. No UPS Ground® service pickup will be available on December 24, 2026.
After-Cutoff Orders
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas. Shipping charges are non-refundable due to carrier delays.
