      Shipping 
      Free Shipping on orders over $100 is only valid in the US excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Non-Wholesale orders. Free shipping is limited to only Standard Shipping. For international shipping please email info@grillyourassoff.com.

       

      Our hours of operation for both shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

      Transit Times:

      ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. Order possessing can take 1-3  business days. 


      DOMESTIC:

      • 1-5 Business Days 

      INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):

      • 4-15 Business Days 

      Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

      We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for ANY fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout. 

      APO/FPO

      Grill Your Ass Off offers APO/FPO shipping USPS below is an example on how to enter the address. 

        Returns: 
        Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        You will be provided a shipping label but you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

        Damaged Items
        Upon arrival, if the items are damaged, you need to do the following. 
        1. Keep the package (If disposed of we are not responsible for any replacement or reimbursement.
        2. Take photos of the outside of the package, broken products, and the packing slip. 
        3. Email info@grillyourassoff.com the photos along with you order number and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
