Damaged or Missing Products?
If you've received a shipment with damaged or missing products, we're here to assist you promptly. To streamline the resolution process, kindly take clear photos of both the external packaging and its contents. Send these images along with your order details to info@grillyourassoff.com, and we'll expedite the claim process to get replacements to you as soon as possible. Please note that if you're using your own postal account, you'll need to initiate the claim directly with the carrier for a swift resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to resolving any shipment issues efficiently.
