Our Carne Asada Style Beef Jerky is a classic hit for that on the border style taste! With it’s charred, smoky flavor from the grill, this rich and juicy jerky is finished with a hint of lime to top it off.
Ingredients
Beef,Water, Soy Sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt,sodium benzoate < 1/10th of 1% as a preservative) Salt, Paprika, Red Chile Powder, Black Pepper, Garlic, Lime Juice, Cumin, Corn Syrup (high fructose corn syrup, water and citric acid) Salt Cure (93.75% salt and 6.25% sodium nitrite)
A little tough for me. My home made is much more tender. The flavor was just OK.
