Ingredients

6 Hotdogs
- 6 Pieces Of Center Cut Bacon

Infidel Pork Rub
-
6 Hotdog Buns
-
Pulp Mx Queso
- ½ Of A White Onion (Chopped)
- Chopped Chives For Garnish
Directions
Wrap each hotdog with bacon.
Lay them down on a wire rack so the are easier to take on and off the smoker.
Season each bacon-wrapped hotdog with Infidel Pork Rub
- Place on your smoker at 275 degrees (I used hickory pellets)
Let those cook for 45-60 minutes.
Once your bacon is done to your liking remove the hotdogs from the smoker.
Add a hotdog to each bun.
Add Pulp Mx Queso and chopped onions.
- Garnish with chopped chives and enjoy!
