Each Munchkin is enveloped in a crispy bacon blanket, delivering a burst of flavors with every bite. Get ready to tantalize your taste buds and impress your guests with this irresistible recipe!
Preheat your oven to 300-325 degrees.
- Take each slice of bacon and cut it in half lengthwise. This will create two thinner strips of bacon from each slice.
- Take a Munchkin and wrap a piece of bacon around it, securing the ends with a toothpick. Repeat this step for all the Munchkins.
Once all the Munchkins are wrapped, season the bacon with Infidel Pork Rub.
- Place the bacon-wrapped Munchkins on the cooking rack, leaving a little space between each one.
- Smoke or bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bacon turns crispy and golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the bacon-wrapped Munchkins to cool for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the toothpicks from each Munchkin and transfer them to a serving platter.
