Ingredients
- 1 Bison Ribeye
- 1 Pound of Green Beans

Avocado Oil or Duck Fat

Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning
- ¼ Stick of Butter
- 3 Cloves of Garlic Smashed
Directions
Clip off the ends and wash your green beans.
Oil up a skillet and put on medium to low heat.
Cook your green beans till they are tender.
Season the bison steak with Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning.
Heat up a cast iron on medium to high heat.
Sear off your bison steak on both sides.
Lower the heat to medium and add your butter.
Once the butter starts to melt add your garlic cloves.
Baste your steak with the garlic butter on both sides.
Once your steak reaches 133-135 internal, it is done.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
