Bacon Wrapped Burger Stuffed Onion Rings

Onion ring burgers offer a tantalizing twist on the classic burger experience, combining the savory goodness of bacon, the savory delight of onion rings, and the juicy perfection of a well-seasoned beef. This mouthwatering creation promises a symphony of flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds in awe.
Start with cutting the onion into ½ inch thick onion slices
Take the large onion rings and place ¼ pound of burger on the inside of it
- Find a smaller onion from towards the bottom of the ring that will fit on the inside of the larger onion.
- Wrap each onion ring burger with bacon
Season each onion ring burger with Infidel Pork Rub
- Set your smoker to 300 degrees
- Cook your onion burgers indirectly for 45 minutes
For the last 15 minutes brush on some BBQ Sauce and close the smoker
- After 15 minutes they are done
Cut in half or eat whole with some dipping sauce!
