Chicken Lime Fajitas Meal Prep Bowls
This is the perfect easy meal prep recipe for anytime of the year and can be adjusted to fit your needs! Many people don't know this but the base flavors the started Grill Your Ass Off what when I was competing in Men's Physique. Every Sunday was meal prep day for years and I always would resort back to this for a fail proof flavor, because as we all know meal prep can get old really quick! With this you're getting your protein, veggies, & carbs and they can all be easily adjusted to fit your needs. I hope this recipe helps you hit your goals and I can't wait to see you making this!
5 Tbsp Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
3 Chicken Breast
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Cup Rice
Dice your chicken breast into 3/4'' cube pieces
Season with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Cut onions & bell peppers and set to the side
In a cast iron or non stick skillet on high add chicken
Cook the chicken stirring occasionally until internal temperature of 165 F remove and set to the side
Place the pan back on the stove and add vegetables (they will deglaze the pan and soak up that flavor!)
Once the vegetables are cooked to your desired doneness remove and let cool
Get your favorite rice we used our Chipotle knockoff recipe for this and your meal prep containers
Add your desired amounts of chicken, vegetables, and rice
Keep in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat and enjoy!
