These Willie Pete Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish or snack. They are oven-baked to golden perfection and loaded with savory Parmesan cheese mixed with the Southwest Garlic flavors of Willie Pete. These potatoes have a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, making them a crowd-pleaser that's perfect for any occasion.With just a handful of ingredients and simple steps, this recipe is a must-try for any potato lover!
Ingredients

1 1/2lb of potatoes

1/2 cup of parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Duck fat spray
Directions
Wash potatoes and place on cutting board and slice in half, try to get them as even as possible.
Take the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and coat the bottom of your bakeware, we used a 9x13 glass dish.
Set oven to 400°
Mix parmesan cheese and Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning together.
Shake the mixture and evenly disperse into the dish. Tip is to start shaking the mixture from up high so that you have a more even distribution. Leave enough mixture to use at the end to top the potatoes with.
Place the potatoes, flat side down and line the dish. Use firm pressure when placing the potatoes.
Once dish is fully lined with potatoes, take your spray oil and spray the tops of the potatoes. If you decide not to use spray oil you can use regular olive oil to gently brush on top of the potatoes.
Take what’s left of the Parmesan and Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning mixture and drizzle it on top of the potatoes.
Place in the oven set to 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let the dish cool off a bit and use a spatula to cut in between the potatoes so you can serve them individually.
If you are using this recipe as a party appetizer, you can put toothpicks in each potato to serve them, if you’re r eating them how I do... load up your bowl and chow down!!
