Ingredients
- 3 Pounds Of Mini Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Of Minced Garlic

Ranch Dressing
- ½-¾ Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Truffle Oil
- Chopped Chives

Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Directions
Wash all of the potatoes.
Slice all your potatoes in half.
Set your precision oven to 250 degrees with 35% steam.
Cook potatoes for 15-20 minutes on the bottom rack.
After 15-20 minutes remove the potatoes from the oven.
In a baking sheet or mixing bowl add all your potatoes and coat with truffle oil.
Season your potatoes with Cannibal All Purpose Spice
Add your minced garlic.
Add your grated parmesan cheese and mix.
Place your potatoes in your precision oven at 350 degrees with 0% steam on the bottom rack.
After 20 minutes mix your potatoes around and set your oven to broil.
Once your potatoes are crispy and golden brown they are done.
Drizzle some ranch dressing over the top.
Garnish with chopped chives.
