Homemade Boneless Buffalo Bites
Chef Nick shows the easiest way to slice up some chicken breast and make them into a spicy appetizer! This recipe is easy and quick. It's a great way to introduce kids to cooking and showing them a little knife skills. So next time you want to impress some friends and family hit them with this perfect snack. We used Ranch Dressing but you can top them off with your favorite dressing for go straight in for the spicy goodness with more Fire Chief Hot Sauce.
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Fire Chief Hot Sauce
Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Crispy's Mango Habanero
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
Slice up your chicken breast into bite size pieces
Add olive oil to frying pan
Add diced chicken to frying pan
Season chicken with Willie Pete and Crispy's Mango Habanero (to taste)
Once the chicken is cooked to 165 internal temp add butter and Fire Chief Hot Sauce to frying pan.
Make sure butter is melted and stir and toss the chicken until it is fully covered with sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
We served with celery sticks and ranch dressing. You can use blue cheese or straight up plain!
