Our Fresh Bruschetta on Sourdough is the epitome of summertime bites, bringing a touch of Italian charm to your backyard BBQ. It's an appetizer that perfectly balances rustic and refined, hearty and fresh, making it an instant crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 Packages of Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
- ½-1 Shallot Diced
- ¼ Cup of Freshly Chopped Basil
- Balsamic Glaze
- Burrata Balls (You Can Also Use Sliced Mozzarella)
- Sourdough Bread

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Slice all your tomatoes in half
- Squeeze out all the seeds of each tomato
- In a mixing bowl add your tomatoes, minced garlic, diced shallot, and fresh basil
- Drizzle olive oil over the top & mix
- Season to taste with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
- Toast your sourdough on both sides
- Add your burrata balls or mozzarella over the top of the bread
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the cheese
- Season the cheese with Platoon Sergeant Seasoning
- Add your tomato mixture on top
- Drizzle Balsamic glaze to finish this amazing appetizer off!
