Italian sandwich sliders are delicious mini sandwiches inspired by the flavors of Italy. These delightful bite-sized treats feature a combination of savory meats, flavorful cheeses, and a medley of classic Italian ingredients, all nestled between soft slider buns!
The star of the show is the assortment of cured Italian meats, such as thinly sliced prosciutto, spicy salami, and smoky ham. Their rich and distinct flavors add depth to each bite. The meats are often layered generously, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
Ingredients

1-2 Packages of Hawaiian Rolls
- Genoa Salami
- Pepperoni
- Capicola
- Prosciutto
- Provolone Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)
- ½ Stick Of Butter

Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Ingredients will vary depending on how many sliders you make. All the meat and cheese in the recipe were all from 8oz packages
Directions
Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half on a cooking tray.
First, layer your provolone cheese on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
Then, layer your Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola and Prosciutto.
Add roasted red peppers and red onions then put the top half of the Hawaiian roll on top.
Melt your butter and season it with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning.
Brush the seasoned butter over the top of the Hawaiian rolls.
Place in your smoker/oven at 300 degrees.
Once the cheese is melted and the buns are toasty the sliders are done.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls into sliders.
