Jalapeño Popper Ranch Dip

Ingredients Needed


10 slices bacon

1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened

8 oz sour cream

3 Jalapeños, minced

1 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar

1 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack

Grill Your Ass Off - 1tbsp Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt 

Grill Your Ass Off - Infidel Pork Rub Season Bacon Heavy


Bacon Prep - 


Grill or Oven to 350, season (with Infidel) and cook bacon until crispy.


Dip Prep - 


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl while leaving a small amount of bacon, jalapenos, cheddar, and monterey cheese to the side for toppings. 


Put in an oven-safe dish and add the remaining ingredients to the top. Place in the over of the smoker for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
