- 1 NY Strip Steak
- 1 Ribeye Steak

Ma Deuce Steak Seasoning

Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning
Directions
- Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.
Generously season the NY Strip and Ribeye with Ma Deuce. After, season them with Gunpowder. Let it sweat for a bit.
- Heat your griddle to high. Sear each steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach your desired doneness (130°F for medium-rare).
- Remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for at least 2 minutes before slicing.
