I used whatever I had in my refrigerator to make this recipe and it came out great! It has a lot going on and is loaded with all different flavors. The Prime Rib I cooked for Christmas was seasoned with Gunpowder Steak & Brisket Seasoning. The Hellfire Honey Habanero BBQ sauce adds some sweet heat to a savory dish.
Ingredients
-
Tortilla Chips
-
Shredded Cheese ( I used a Mexican Cheese blend)
-
Queso ( Nacho Cheese )
-
Sour Cream
-
Green Chilis
-
Black Olives
-
Hellfire Honey Habanero BBQ Sauce
-
Leftover Prime Rib ( You can use any leftover protein you have for this recipe turkey, fillet, picanha, chuck roast, brisket etc.)
-
Guacamole or avocado slices (Optional)
Directions
In a deep dish layer some tortilla chips (Make sure your dish is oven safe)
The next layer will be your leftover protein on top of the chips
Then on top of the protein layer your black olives and green chilis
Cover the nachos with your shredded cheese
Drizzle your Queso & Sour Cream over the top
Place in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes or till golden brown
Once removed from the oven put your guacamole or avocado slices on top
Drizzle some Hellfire Honey Habanero BBQ sauce on top
Grab a chip and Enjoy!
