Ingredients

4 ounces of Pineapple juice

2 ounces of Orange Juice
-
5 ounces of tequila
-
Juice from 1 lime
-
2 ounces of orange liqueur
-
3/4 ounces of simple syrup
-
10 pickled jalapeños from a Donkey Dong jar

Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt

Directions
Infuse 10 (Depending on spice level) pickled peppers in a mason jar with 4 ounces of tequila, 2 ounces of orange liqueur and 3/4 ounces of simple syrup for 5 days (You can infuse them for a few hours if you are pressed for time)
Coat the glass rim with lime juice
In a small plate sprinkle Lime Beer Salt
Then sprinkle Alder Wood Smoked Sea Salt
Twist the rim of the glass in the salt to create your salted rim
Place glass in the freezer until ready to pour your margarita
The next steps will be added to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Add 4 ounces of pineapple juice
Add 2 ounces of Orange Juice
Add 5 ounces of infused tequila
Add juice from 1 lime
Add extra pickled jalapeños for a little extra kick (optional)
Shake your cocktail shaker then pour into your salted rim glass and enjoy!
