I recently made a quick fire roasted salsa using only the things I had on hand in my pantry and refrigerator. For this, I used canned tomatoes, diced jalapeños peppers, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, fresh lime juice and Black Cherry Smoked Sea Salt...and boom! It turned out to be a win and tastes just like the salsa at my favorite Mexican Restaurant!
You can serve the salsa with tortilla chips as a dip, you could add it to burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc., the options are endless!
Now, you don't have to go to the restaurant just to get chips and salsa!
