Quick and easy version of Sausage & Peppers.

Ingredients
2 white onions
3-4 Bell peppers
2 tablespoons of Low sodium soy sauce

Platoon Sergeant Seasoning to taste
6-8 Sweet Italian Sausages
1-2 cups of white rice
Cooking oil (I used olive oil)
Parsley Finely chopped
Directions
Gut your peppers and thinly slice them
Thinly slice your onions
Heat up a pan on low medium heat with your cooking oil
Add your peppers and let them cook for 5-10 minutes
Then add your onions and stir the peppers and onions together
Add your soy sauce
At this time you start to cook your rice
Put the sausages on a cooking rack and put it in the oven at 350 degrees
Once your sausages reach 160 degrees internal take them out and let them sit for 5 minutes
Slice your sausages to desired thickness and place them in the pan with the onions and peppers
Plate the sausage and peppers on top of white rice
Finish the plate off with your finely chopped parsley

You could also switch out the soy sauce with tomato paste
