Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Velveeta Cheese
- 8 Ounces of Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
- 1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 Cup of Poblano Peppers (Diced)
- 1 Cup of Onion (Diced)
- 1 Pound of Ground Spicy Italian Sausage (Cook Before Adding)

1 Tablespoon of Cannibal All-Purpose Seasoning
- Sliced Green Onions for Garnish
- Tortilla Chips
Directions
In an oven-safe dish or cast iron, add Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, poblano peppers, and onions.
- Season the ingredients with Cannibal All-Purpose Seasoning.
- Place your queso on your smoker at 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After 30 minutes, mix the queso thoroughly and add spicy sausage.
- Let it cook for another hour, mixing every 30 minutes.
- Remove from your smoker and season lightly with Cannibal All-Purpose Seasoning.
- Garnish with green onions.
- Plate up with some chips and enjoy!
