Simple and so flavorful 3-way steak recipe.
We can't do steaks without the golden Standard Issue Seasoning. But, have you ever thought that a jerky could also be a seasoning?
Well it could be. It is packed full of flavor and is effortless to make. We were greatly amazed with the flavors it brought.
Cowboy Style Beef Jerky
Salt & Pepper Beef Jerky
Standard Issue Salt and Pepper Seasoning
3 prime cut steak
Put the Cowboy Style Beef Jerky into the food processor until it becomes fine. Put it back to the bag once done.
Same goes for the Salt Pepper Beef Jerky after.
For the ones seasoned with jerky dust, add some oil to the steak as a binder.
Separately season each steak with Salt Pepper Beef Jerky, Cowboy Style Beef Jerky and Standard Issue Salt and Pepper Seasoning. Season it generously.
Vacuum seal each steak. Sous vide it for 2 hours at 128 degrees.
Remove the steak from the container. Pat it with some paper towel to dry.
Sear each steak from both sides. Slice it once done.
