Good Basic Start
This is my go-to while cooking and I need Salt and Pepper. It gives me a good base and I can add more salt, pepper, or other spices as needed to the recipe. It's convenient and I feel as if the mix is a good flavor balance. When I get lower in the container, I make sure to shake it good if there is any settling.
