Willie's Cedar Plank Salmon & Asparagus

Great Twist on a traditional dish!
Soak cedar plank for at least an hour in water
Spread a light coat of avocado oil over the salmon fillet
Season the salmon with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Once you have soaked the cedar plank put the salmon fillet on top of the plank
Set your smoker to 250-285 degrees (I used Alder pellets)
Once up to temperature place the Cedar plank salmon on the smoker
Once the salmon reaches 145 degrees internal temperature take it off
Coat asparagus in avocado oil and season with Willie Pete Chicken Seasoning
Cook asparagus on medium heat in a pan on the stove
Once asparagus are cooked cut the salmon in serving sizes and enjoy!
